Reubens! Corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese and TRISCUIT Crackers are all you need to
impress your guests with a savory snack that they’ll eat up in no time.

What You Need:
4 baby Swiss cheese slices (3/4 oz. each)
24 TRISCUIT Crackers
1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
1/2 cup drained sauerkraut
8 slices lean corned beef (2 oz.), each cut into 3 pieces
Make It:
1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Use 1-inch cookie cutters to cut cheese into 24 Halloween shapes. Reserve cutouts for later use. Coarsely chop cheese scraps.
3. Place crackers in single layer on rimmed baking sheet; top with chopped cheese, dressing and sauerkraut. Fold meat pieces in half; place over sauerkraut.
4. Bake 3 to 5 min. or until meat is heated through and cheese is melted. Immediately top with cheese cutouts.
Tips:
Special Extra-
Prepare using an assortment of Halloween-shaped cookie cutters, such as ghosts, pumpkins and/or half-moons.
